1. Toepasselijkheid

Deze voorwaarden gelden voor elke bestelling die via The Retro Game Shop wordt geplaatst. Bestellingen, betalingen en levering worden rechtstreeks door The Retro Game Shop afgehandeld.

2. Prijzen

All prices are in euros and include VAT. Any discounts and struck-through prices apply while the promotion runs. Shipping across Europe is free.

3. Levering

Usual delivery time across Europe is 3 to 7 business days after order confirmation. You receive a tracking link as soon as your parcel ships.

4. Herroepingsrecht

You have 30 days to change your mind. If the R36S is not what you expected, return it in original condition and you get your money back.

5. Garantie

The statutory warranty applies to the R36S. For defects not caused by misuse, we will sort out a proper solution.
